As a career federal budget professional and former member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) with 20-plus years of federal government service, I have lived through many moments of significant and high-stakes change. I’ve navigated the halls of government and the complexities of consulting, learning that true executive success requires more than just technical skill – it requires presence and a deep sense of agency.
Today, I provide leadership coaching and workshops to those embarking on their own personal and professional shifts.
I received my Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
I believe that for a leader to be truly effective, one must move beyond the mental “drain” and into being fully present in your space – mind, body, and spirit. By integrating somatic awareness and nervous system regulation into our work, I help you build the internal capacity to handle pressure with ease. We don’t just talk about change; we build embodied leadership into your life force.

When I’m not coaching, I am with my reason to keep going – my family. I love to read. My cats restore my inner peace. I do my best thinking when I walk in nature and clean my house.
